John Buchenic, Esq.

John brings to the firm over a decade of legal experience spanning complex litigation and sophisticated transactional matters. His practice encompasses commercial and civil litigation, including contract disputes, partnership and business ownership disputes, and corporate governance conflicts. He has represented clients in criminal defense, administrative proceedings, and asset protection matters, bringing a versatile, results-oriented approach to each engagement.

On the transactional side, John counsels businesses and entrepreneurs across the full corporate lifecycle from entity formation and securities compliance through capital raising, capital deployment, and merger or acquisition. His experience includes cross border and internationally oriented business transactions. Proficiency in both the courtroom and the boardroom enables him to anticipate litigation risk in transactional work and to bring commercial pragmatism to dispute resolution.

John earned his J.D. from Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law and holds an LL.M. in Governance and Rule of Law. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and Colorado.
