The Opportunity

This is not a typical senior associate role. We are looking for a partner-in-the-making to take ownership of our commercial litigation practice.

You will be the cornerstone of our dispute resolution services, managing cases from inception to conclusion with a high degree of autonomy. This is your chance to build a practice on a proven platform, backed by a consistent flow of high-quality cases. You will provide the bold, practical advice our clients need, unencumbered by the bureaucracy of a large firm. Your success will directly fuel the growth of our litigation practice, and your compensation will reflect that.

As you grow into this leadership position, our founder, Ben Calkins, will look to transition case management and operational responsibilities, allowing you to step into a true ownership role.

Logistics

- This is a fractional role that can expand to full-time. Currently we have 60-80 billable hours per month available.
- We are a modern, decentralized firm and are open to a flexible on-site or remote arrangement for the right candidate based in Ohio.
